What data we collect.

When you buy a guide: name, email address, billing address and order details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, we never see or store your full card or bank details.

When you email us: your name, email address and message.

Automatically: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through our hosting provider's standard server logs.

Why we use it and on what basis.

Delivering your order and download (performance of a contract); invoicing and administration (legal obligation, tax law); answering your questions (legitimate interest); keeping the website secure and working (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it.

Emails that don't relate to an order: 12 months. Order and invoice records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

Who we share it with.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help run the shop, as far as needed: Plug&Pay (checkout and order handling), Mollie (payment processing), Lovable (website hosting), TransIP (domain and DNS), Google (email).

These parties process data on our instructions; where data is processed outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

Cookies.

This website only uses functional cookies needed for it to work. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email forkitprep@gmail.com, we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Security.

We use encrypted connections, two-factor authentication on our accounts and limited access to data.
