Terms.

Who these terms apply to.

Every purchase of a digital product from FORK IT., a trade name of The Content Den ("we"), by you as a customer. FORK IT. is registered in the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KVK): 42122623, VAT number: NL005511838B10, address: Salland 1, 1948 RE Beverwijk, the Netherlands.

Products.

We sell digital guides (PDF e-books) with recipes and meal prep plans. The content of each product is described on the website and at checkout.

Prices and payment.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made at checkout through our payment provider. The agreement is formed once your payment is completed.

Delivery.

After payment you receive a download link by email straight away. Didn't get it within an hour? Check your spam folder or email forkitprep@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Right of withdrawal.

Our products are digital content that is delivered immediately. At checkout you agree that delivery starts right away and that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available. If the file is damaged or doesn't match the description, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Use of the guides.

The guides are for your own personal use only. You may not share, copy, resell or publish them, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All rights remain with The Content Den.

Nutrition and health.

Portion sizes and nutrition values (kcal, protein, carbs, fat) are estimates based on standard data and can differ depending on brands and exact amounts. The guides are general information, not medical or nutritional advice. Everyone's needs are different.

If you have a medical condition, food allergy, are pregnant or follow a diet for health reasons, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian. Always check ingredient labels for allergens.

Liability.

We put care into our guides, but we are not liable for indirect damage, or for results of following the recipes, such as weight change or reactions to ingredients. Our liability is in any case limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. This does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

Complaints.

Email complaints to forkitprep@gmail.com; we reply within 14 days.

Applicable law.

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the district of Noord-Holland, unless the law gives you the right to choose another court as a consumer.
